Rates are subject to change without notification. Room rates for confirmed reservations are guaranteed. Large discounts offered for longer stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. Cancellations that are made with notice more than 20 days prior to arrival will be granted a re-schedule option during the low season based on availability. Shortening your stay is considered a cancellation and reservations are not transferable.
Long Term Stay Policy – Long Term Stays of 30 days or longer will receive a full refund if cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival.
OTHER POLICIES
CHECK-IN is between 1pm and 3pm Peruvian Time. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals with 36 hours notice.
CHECK-OUT is at 11am Peruvian Time.
Children are welcome to stay at Casa Ananda Peru. However our maximum occupancy is 10 and our rooms cannot accommodate extra beds.
No smoking is allowed on the property, please be respectful.
Pets are not allowed, but we will assist you in finding local lodging for your pet.
For security purposes, seven days prior to your arrival you will need to provide us a complete list of guests with name, last name, age, and legal ID # (i.e. passport or DNI).
Upon arrival, you must sign a household inventory list. You will be financially responsible for any damages to Casa Ananda’s property sustained during your stay.
